Four Collections of Scottish music containing 357 tunes first published by Robert MacKintosh of Tulliemet from 1783-1803.
Robert MacKintosh c1745 -1807 is best known for his oustanding compositions of reels, strathspeys and jigs. He also collected and included other composers works in his books and this book of early Scottish tunes provides a useful and interesting reference for all players, scholars and enthusiasts of Scottish music. Also available as a book and CD.
