We aim to ship all items within two working day of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this. The vast majority of titles displayed on our website are held in stock. Where they are not in stock we will make every effort to display this information before you place your order. Browse our catalogue and click any items that you wish to Add To Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Order and you will be asked for contact and card payment details.
If you are shopping from outwith the UK, at the final checkout stage you will be given a choice of equivalent totals in pounds sterling, US dollars, Canadian dollars or Euros. We can also accept other methods of payment including pound sterling cheques. You may post your cheque or card details to us by mail, however please note that we can only accept cheque payments in UK pounds drawn on a UK bank.
We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received and whether or not it has been accepted. At any time you can see the status of your order by going to the Order Tracking area, or by emailing orders@scotlandsmusic.com with a request. Be sure to include your order reference number, if you have it. Price and availability information displayed on the ScotlandsMusic.com website are subject to change without notice.
Any shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Value Added Tax (VAT) UK VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% applies to UK and EC customers for non-book items.
