Johnnie Cope (sheet music)
Johnnie Cope was written in 1745 soon after the battle of Prestonpans. It has been ascribed to Adam Skirving, a farmer who lived near the battlefield. This lovely classical guitar arrangement is by Vince Woods who was a well known guitarist and teacher in the Borders. The music includes full staff notation and guitar tablature to make it easy to learn.
