Bridge The Gap (book)

The second collection of original compositions by Fife composer and Scottish dance band leader Gordon Shand.

The book contains thirty-nine recently composed tunes ideal for use by Scottish Country Dance or Ceilidh Bands, and others being more suitable for Folk Bands or Groups to include in their playlist.

Gordon's compositions are useful for competitions as well as other occasions and been a popular choice for musicians competing at the 2017 Perth All-Scotland Accordion and Fiddle Festival.

His tunes have been performed regularly by Scottish Dance Bands broadcasting on BBC Radio Scotland's Take the Floor.
