Karen Steven's New Scottish Fiddle Tunes (book)

This long awaited tune book is Karen’s own collection of compositions and contains a wide range of tune types, her tune commissions, and music she has written for Highland dancers. The book also includes fiddle tips on playing styles.
She has also recorded all 50 tunes to make them easy to learn and there is a link in the book to soundcloud so you can access them all.
Karen is originally from Caithness and steeped in music and dance from an early age. She is well known as a step dance and Highland dancing fiddler. Karen says the book “is as much about dance as it is about music”

A great collection of fiddle tunes and a few modern classics to learn!
