The Vocal Dance Music of the Scottish Gaels. This new edition, with an introduction and historical notes by Dr William Lamb, makes this valuable book of puirt available again to all Gaelic singers and musicians.

The book was originally published in 1901 in solfa and still remains the only book published on this subject. Our new edition is in staff notation and a really interesting read as well as containing over one hundred and twenty Gaelic songs for you to learn. There is also an English translation (not for singing) to help you learn the songs if you are a Gaelic learner.

We have printed it in a wiro bound version for music stand use.
